NVIDIA’s investment plans

NVIDIA has stated that it will continue to acquire companies that fit into its marketing strategy, a bold statement. It becomes quite interesting though when you try to figure out what companies that might be and when these would become especially interesting for NVIDIA. At Firingsquad they’ve published an article where they’ve tried to analyze NVIDIA’s current situation and from this try to figure out what companies it might be interested in. The conclusion is simply that the market for video transmitting and graphical systems for health care is a big market have a lot to gain from and there we have one company that is especially interesting; Matrox. If NVIDIA decided to purchase Matrox sometime the next year remains to be seen, but according to Firingsquad it may very well hapen.
