Acer MP500 looks to become a good opponent for the rumoured iPod video that Apple is supposedly working on. The rumours state iPod video will use a 3.5″ LCD touch display for direct navigation. This seems to be a good solution also to Acer as well as it has done the same with its MP500. It will use a 3.5″ LCD display with a relatively low resolution at 320x240px that you will be able to navigate with a finger or the navigation pen.
