OCZ Ultra-Slim Mini-Kart USB 2.0 Flash Drive has a, as usual, ridiculously long and clumsy name cosnidering its intended use. OCZ has designed a really minimalistic USB memory that really earns the name Ultra-Slim. OCZ’s Mini-Kart USB memory measures only 2.8x43x19mm (DxLxW). That’s what we would like to call a slim USB memory and OCZ claims that this format makes it possible to store the memory in your wallet for easy access. With a capacity at 2GB it’s truly impressive that it has managed to shrink the memory to such a small size and the reason they’ve managed to do so is that it has chosen to use an exposed USB contact. Simply removed the covering for the contact, which will do very well without it though.
Mini-Kart use the USB2.0 interface and comes with a thee year warranty. The information about the price is still missing, but we know for sure that there is a market for minimalistic memories.
