Intel Core E6600 for sale at eBay

Core E6600 will be the second fastest model in Intel’s new Core family (Conroe) when it arrives during the third quarter of 2006. E6600 will work at 2.4GHz with a 1066MHz processor bus and a 4MB L2 cache. The guidelines states a price at 316 dollar for the E6600 model, but it is still a couple of months away. However, there is a chance to lay your hands on a Core E6600 much sooner as a seller at eBay have posted an auction with just such a processor. This is just a few weeks after we saw a Core E6300 (1.83GHz) being auctioned, also this one at eBay. The seller who lives in Las Vegas wants at least 750 dollar for the beauty and can be convinced to sell at once for 799 dollar, quite a lot more than what Intel wants when it will be launched. But to those who wants to be one of the first to own a Core processor, this is one way to do it.
