Radeon X1900GT cards compared

ATI recently launched its latest addition to the Radeon X1900 family through Radeon X1900GT and at Bit-Tech they’ve compared two of the first cards to arrive. Sapphire and Connect3D’s Radeon X1900GT cards are very much alike as they are both made from ATI’s reference design, but it gets more intersting as Bit-Tech has compared ATI’s new graphics circuit with NVIDIA’s equivalent GeForce 7900GT. ATI seems to have created a circuit with similar performance to NVIDIA’s popular 7900GT circuit and as the price is pretty much the same it’s not easy choosing a card. ATI’s creation seems to perform somewhat better with some games, while the NVIDIA-based cards performs better with some other games.
