Foxconn is hardly known as a manufacturers of products intended for enthusiasts, the company’s strong side has always been its volumes and it is one of the greater component manufacturers in the world. Lately it as been trying to find ways to expand its assortment to also cover the enthusiast market and its latest motherboard is intended for AMD’s new Socket AM2 platform and has one of the most complex names we’ve ever encountered; Foxconn C51XEM2AA-8EKRS2H. The motherboard, which hopefully is easier to handle than to pronounce, is based on NVIDIA’s nForce 590 SLI chipset and has a whole bunch of interesting features, which will be able to attract a whole lot of attention from enthusiasts all over the world.
Foxconn C51XEM2AA comes with built-in power and reset buttons directly onto the motherboard and to make it easier to search for errors it has added a two-digit LED display and an integrated speaker for error messages. Foxconn also boasts its motherboard layout which will make it easier to use dual graphics cards in an SLI setup.
Last but no least the BIOS used with C51XEM2AA has been developed to satisfy overclockers and enthusiasts, among others real-time changes of voltages to make it easier to max out the system.

Foxconn looks to be coming out strong and we are eager to see more of this new Socket AM2 motherboard. Price and availability is yet to be announced.
