Apple and Creative have had their battles and we doubt anyone could’ve missed these. Creative started the whole dealie by suing Apple because of intrusion in its “Zen patent”. Apple replied by suing Creative for intruding on four Apple patents. It all started to feel a bit silly, or really silly to be honest, but now it seems we’re closing up on a solution. In the papers from the legal battle that was made official it said that the parties were open for negotiations and that solution outside of the court was possible. If we’re to guess what will happen this will most likely be a long process and we shouldn’t hope for much of an adult behavior from anyone.
