Google continues to grow and make money like no other

Google has reached a position that makes it a company hard to find comparisons for. Statistics show that about half of all searches are made with its search engine and they seem to be increasing. Google released not too long ago a new version of its Google Toolbar and software is one portion that has grown more and more important to the company that has now revealed its earnings for the second quarter, which is just not better than expected, but more than twice as good as last year. Google’s Chief  Executive Eric Schmidt said the following about the good result.

“We are very, very happy with having such a strong quarter in a seasonally weak period for us – it look as though our model continues to work extremely well,”
