Internet Explorer 7 has now arrived as Release Candidate 1. The new version doesn’t bring any eye-catching improvements over Beta 3, but you will be able to notice the updates that have been made through improved performance, compatibility, security and stability. The main purpose of this RC is, according to Betanews, so that designers and programers can test their websites compatibility with version 7.0. There are still improvements to be made with the CSS support, but Microsoft believes there will not be a need for a second RC before the final version arrives.
