A-DATA looks to be the first manufacturer to announce a Solid State Drive with 192GB capacity. The memory manufacturer has announced the A-DATA XPG 2.5″ SSD sporting SATA II and a mini-USB port. Beyond the beefy, in SSD terms, storage capacity the device has transfer rates at 170/100MB/s, which is more or less on par with the current generation of MLC-based drives. There is still no information regarding the price of the drive, but it should be a bit higher than the 128GB drives we see more often.
