A-DATA lanserade i slutet av 2008 ett DDR3 minneskit som med en specificerad klockfrekvens på 2133MHz fick de flesta att hajja till. Det krävdes dock över 2.0V i spänning för att nå dessa frekvenser, något speciellt Core i7 plattformen inte uppskattar. Men på CeBIT har A-DATA visat att deras DDR3-2133 minneskit klarar av dessa extrema hastigheter även vid riktigt beskedliga spänningar, med bara 1.6V ska man nå 2133MHz klockfrekvens med CL8 minneslatenser. Om detta är prestanda vi kan vänta oss från alla XPG DDR3-2133X v2.0 minneskit låter man dock vara osagt.

Adopting 1.6V to Perform 2133MHz CL8 Killer Speed
