Acer Ferrari 1000 has appeared earlier here at NH as it was launched together with its bigger brother Ferrari 5000 with support for AMD’s Turion 64 X2 processor. Ferrari 1000 is quite different from the earlier Ferrari models in Acer’s assortment as it is a much more slim notebook, a concept more and more manufacturers are starting to follow. With a 12.1″ display you can keep both size and weight at decent levels, something which makes the computer more portable than models with a large display and a higher weight. Acer Ferrari 1000 will weigh about 1.7kg and on paper this computer is looking mighty promising, now that DailyTech has come across some pictures of the delight we see that the design is quite pleasing as well.
Acer Ferrari 1000 seems to be a very nice creation for those wants a portable with a nice design. What the price will be is yet to be announced, but you can count on that we will hear more about this soon.
