ABIT recently launched two new motherboards for the Intel Socket 775 platform: AW9D-MAX and AW9D. The first carries ABIT’s MAX suffix which means that this is the card overclockers and enthusiasts are going to go for, while the AW9D shares many of the features with AW9D-MAX, basically just less internal and external connectors. Both boards are based on the Intel 975X and we know from good sources that the boards have been well tested and when we get a hold of one of these babies we promise you to take the boards even further.
The boards are well equipped, where the AW9D-MAX of course stands out with 7 internal and 1 external SATA-connectors, dual GB ethernet and 7.1 channel sound.
