Acer xSeries is a new series of monitors which are for those who want performance and high value. The new series stretches from the 17″ and 19″ monitors using a standard 4:3 format up to 24″ widescreen model, via two 19″ and 22″ widescreen monitors. They all offer an overall high brightness and decent response times and contrast ratios. The price should be very interesting as the 17″ model will only cost $179.99, $199.99 for the x191sd, $189.99 for the x191Wsd, $279.99 for the x221Wsd and $599.99 for the x241Wsd. The series has be launched primarily in North America, but should find its way over the Atlantic fairly soon.
