Albatron PX19-SLI is the name of Albatron Technology’s latest creation. A mainboard based on nVidia’s nForce 4 SLI Intel Edition chipset for Intel’s LGA775-platform. The card has support for dual PCIe graphic cards in SLI but above this also support for 1066MHz processor bus, dual channel DDR2-667 and all the rest nForce 4 SLI has to offer. Except for all these features PX19-SLI has an upside most other SLI-mainboard lack. It has namely no SLI-mode circuitboard which most SLI-mainobard has that in turn has to be moved physically to enable/disable SLI. By integrating this sicuit onto the mainboard instead you can set the mode via software. Albatron PX19-SLI will appear on the market at the end of October or the beginning of November. There is so far no information available regarding the price of this beaast but considering Albatron’s earlier products and prices we estimate a very competetive such. Source: DigiTimes
