Tomshardware has released a nifty and very useful review of several new computer mice. Most of them are either Microsoft or Logitech made, with the exception of Terratec’s Razer Boomslang 2100 – a mouse I myself look upon with some suspicion, and not only because it is mechanical. The mice tested are the following;
Microsoft Wireless Optical 2.0
Microsoft Wireless Intellimouse Explorer 2.0
Microsoft Intellimouse Explorer 4.0
Logitech Click! Optical Mouse
Logitech Cordless Click! Optical Mouse
Logitech MX310 Optical Mouse
Logitech Cordless Click! Optical Mouse Plus
Terratec Razer Boomslang 2100
The only mouse which we would have wanted to see in the test that isn’t included is Logitech’s MX900 – the Bluetooth version of the MX700. It seems that Logitech still rules with its MX engine, but far from everybody seems to believe so.
