AMD R600 XTX has been said to be launched at the end of March and as far as no last minute changes appear we should be be able to expect the card by then. At ChileHardware they’ve namely published one of AMD’s official R600 documents where it reveals everything from when the first test samples will be made to the final launch date. Not even AMD seems to have set a final date as it literally types “week of March 24, 2007.” We also get it in clear typing that the monster card we’ve seen pictures of measuring over 30cm (12″) is for the OEM market, while the retail card measures only 23cm (9″). The last week of March is when it will arrive and you can count on use delivering benchmarks with R600 in the same way we always do, pushing it to the limit.
