Antec updates tower case quartet to USB3.0

Component maker Antec has launched four updated tower cases. Antec Performance One P183, P193 and Antec Nine Hundred Two and Twelve Hundred have all been upgraded to support SuperSpeed USB 3.0, extra 2.5″ harddrive slots and a hole in the motherboard tray for easier mounting of the CPU cooler.

Antec’s gaming series has to settle for one extra 2.5″, e.g. for a SSD, while the Performance One models get two extra 2.5″ slots. The USB 3.0 ports can be found on the front panel of all updated cases. Antec has named the new models V3 so that consumers can tell them apart from the old ones.

Other than that Antec has left the cases untouched and simply build on what it knows are already solid cases. All four models are tower cases and comes with rigorous cooling possibilities. Pictures and links to the new cases can be found below;
