Apple has now launched a new product based on the “new” Clovertown processors from Intel. It is a new top model of the Mac Pro series which can be equipped with two of these 3GHz quad-core processors. On top of that we have the regular configuration options; up to 4 graphics cards, 16GB RAM and 3TB storage. The monster version with a Quadro FX 4500 without monitor or any extra software will cost you about $12,000, but you can reduce the price quite a lot by picking less RAM, a dual-core and a single 7300GT instead.
