ASUS 7800GT-DUAL actually looks to become reality as we are starting to see more and more pictures of this monster of a graphic card that ASUS i working on. They haven’t started massproducing them yet though. If 7800GT-DUAL will become available in store it seems ti will be together with a little friend. Namely an AC-adapter that will ve used to feed the graphic card with enough power. The PCIe interface won’t be enough and apparently ASUS wasn’t satisfied with the power from the PSU but has added external power which should be enough.
At VR-Zone they’ve published two new pictures of ASUS 7800GT-DUAL and except for the interesting power supply we can see that the card is equipped with two VGA-outputs and two DVI-outputs. If the card will arrive in stores remains to see, but the power requirements will mostl likely be quite modest, but we should perhaps warn you that the card won’t fit in all cases considering its height.
