ASUS-Lamborghini VX1 is the name of the new series of laptops that the manufacturer ASUS now has presented and it’s actually somewhat surprising. We have earlier reported about Lamborghini using their trademark in cooperation with Intel in order to launch laptops, the fact that ASUS were about to get involved wasn’t anything mentioned back then. However, ASUS has now released a statment telling us they have launched their Lamborghini VX1-series which not all unexpectedly utilizes Intel’s new Centrino Duo-technology as heart. In addition to the high performance and long-lasting batteries this platform should be able to give, ASUS’ engineers has worked hard on the design in order to implement the right Lamborghini-feel.
“The ASUS-Lamborghini Notebook Series is a true mobile computing revolution. The Industrial Design team at ASUS studied the many series of Lamborghini in order to get the most accurate perception of the Lamborghini spirit. Available in both yellow and black, the ASUS-Lamborghini VX1 adopts the trademark colors of the Lamborghini logo. With special mirror painting finish, the notebook looks and feels like a supreme supercar.”
We haven’t just yet got hold of any detailed specifications, but we can offer a few really nice pictures that really proves that ASUS has put in some real work on the design of the new Lamborghini-laptops. We look forward to a closer look to ASUS newest creations, maybe in comparison to Acer’s Ferrari-series of laptops.
