ASUS has officially launched the notebook Lamborghini VX6, directly inspired by the Italian sports car Lamborghini Murciélago LP640 Roadster. There are worse inspirations and ASUS claims to have captured design and performance from its muse.
ASUS Lamborghini VX6 is a hybrid between an ultrathin notebook and netbook sporting 12″ display with 1366×768 pixel resolution powered by a dual-core Intel Atom D525 CPU and NVIDIA’s ION GPU. ASUS has equipped the notebook with some nice finesses like HDMI output, Bang & Olufsen ICEpower audio technology and connectivity in form of USB 3.0, WiFi 802.11n and Bluetooth 3.0.
The computer ships in two flavors, white or black, but alas no classic Lamborghini yellow. The price starts around 700€ when the beast arrives in November.
