ASUS P5N32-SLI tested with SLI x16

0

ASUS P5N32-SLI is related to ASUS A8N32-SLI we earlier have seen positive test on, and what the both mainboards have in common is that they offer SLI in full x16-speed. This by using NVIDIA’s new nForce 4 SLI x16 chipset. ASUS P5N32-SLI utilizes the Intel-version of this chipset, and is in other words intended for Intel’s Socket 775-CPU’s. At Anandtech they have tested this motherboard, and it looks like x16 SLI actually gives a noticable at heavy graphic load. ASUS P5N32-SLI seems to be a great card overall, and if we’re about to believe Anandtech the 8-phase power supply system is much more than just a PR-thing.
