ASUS is as you may know the unthreatened giant on the mainboard market, but the big manufacturer is big within more than just mainboards and they are looking for new stuff to add in their products line-up all the time. A relatively new cathegory for ASUS is their cellphone line-up, which now has got itself a newcomer, the ASUS V70. The V70 is a triple-band phone which in addition to its functions as a phone also has a MP3-player, and is actually able to playback video files.
The display measures 1.8″ and offers 263 000 colors at a resolution of 176×220 pixels. The phone is currently set for the Taiwanese market only, but soon maybe we’ll se ASUS phones in other countries as well.
