During the few official displays of Evergreen graphics cards and its DirectX 11 functionality AMD has been very careful not to show too much. The Evergreen reference card was well hidden inside the case and the closest we ever got to a picture was a shot of the bracket from the rear showing two DVI outputs, one HDMI output and one DisplayPort port. More pictures of the card as a whole has now appeared.
The pictures posted at ChipHell is said to be of Juniper sporting 1GB RAM with a similar PCB design as AMD’s first 40nm card, Radeon HD 4770. The pictures of the I/O panel confirms it’s the same model AMD used at Quakecon.
The specifications of the card is still unclear but there are many rumors going around. As the launch is getting pretty close we should know soon.
