Radeon X1950 XTX has turned out to be a very compotent graphics card and despite that it’s ATI’s top model it costs surprisingly little. But as with all top models it still costs more than many are able or even want to spend on a graphics card. Those who want something similar but doesn’t want to spend the same amount can expect to be satisfied very soon. ATI Radeon X1950 XTX namely has a sibling coming; Radeon X1950 Pro. X1950 Pro comes with a refined manufacturing process, 80nm, and will be clocked at impressive 600MHz GPU and 1400MHz memory.
With 24 pixel shaders and a price at $199, half of X1950XTX, X1950 Pro seems like a very affordable card. Official information should arrive soon as the card is expected to be launched this month.
