Digit-life, a Russian site, knows what to do when it’s cold; sit closely together. Unfortunately, the northern part of the world is blessed by summer temperatures. What would be nicer than reviewing barebones, tiny pieces of hardware sitting together in a nice sauna/case?
Digit-life took the librety of looking beneath Iwill’s (XP4-G & ZPC) and Soltek’s (Qbic EQ3701M) towel. Hope those three didn’t scream too much…
“The Iwill XP4 and the Soltek EQ3701M are good computers that pleasantly extend the row of products of their companies. The Iwill ZPC could be recommended as a replacement for an average office PC thanks to its small dimensions and attractive appearance… if it were not its price (around $300 at the time of writing this article on our local market; it’s $100 over the price of more functional models of the XP4 series of the same company). Can it be used as a multimedia center?.. The ZPC has neither TV-out nor outputs for 6-channel sound (only stereo). Also, it lacks for 3D performance to be a good home system. Besides, a DVI-out is not exotic today. Thus, this expensive product repeats the positioning of another ultra-small PC: this is an image model for those who value appearance and quietness most of all.”
And whilst you’re reading, read as well to Hothardware (suitable name đ ), where you can see SOYO’s Mini DRAGON 651 (nomen est omen) pc.
