Auzentech has set the bar way up high with its latest sound card. Auzen X-Fi Bravura 7.1 is designed for audiophiles and HTPC enthusiasts , which means that the performance of Auzentech’s card will be great. The sound card is built upon Creative Lab’s X-Fi sound processor, use the PCI Express format and supports up to 8 channels, and of course proprietary X-Fi technologies like EAX 4.0 and Crystalizer.

The main event is still the sound quality and Bravura supports playback of 24-bit/96kHz signals to 7.1 channel speakers. The card has also been developed for the best possible headphone experience with 1/4″ headphone output and dedicated 120dB DAC.

The card uses premium components and the five amplifier circuits  (OPAMPs) are upgradeable for the users who want to try their own solutions.

The sound card lacks HDMI output, but this can be solved with pin connector directly on the circuit board. Price and availability was not revealed.
