Digit-life dissected small form factor (SFF) systems from ASUS, Iwill, Shuttle and Soltek. There was a time when people would stare in amazement at those boxes, but today, nobody would even look up when they see those “a-little-bigger-than-an-average-shoe-box” systems. But are they worth the sacrifice of space, expandability, overclockability (contents), upgradability, silence and the lurking universe of eternal modding (much more limited in SFF)? They have their advantages as well (more space on your desk, sleek design, lightweight and easier to handle) But still…. We’ll try to convince you; This is what Digit-life has to say about those reviewed:

“None of the computers tested is a failure, and all of them and their variations can be recommended for use. Regarding the multimedia functions, the ASUS Pundit keeps the lead; the Shuttle and the Soltek follow it, and the Iwill XP4 is the least sophisticated solution. But the estimated price of the Iwill’s computer is the lowest as well. “
