BenQ will ship more LCD monitors than Samsung during 2006

BenQ seems to be putting extra weight behind its LCD monitors and it will not just be making some of the fastest monitors in the world, something we’ve gotten quite used to by now. It has namely announced that it will sell more LCD monitors than Samsung during 2006, quite an achievement. A large portion of the increased sales is suppose to come from the joined venture between AU Optronics, a part of the BenQ group, and the company Quanta Display. BenQ’s decision to hand over the responsibility for its ODD market also allows it to focus on the LCD market.
