BenQ has announced a new line of LCD monitors called BenQ X. The series contains four models; X900, X900W, X2000W and X2200W. As expected, the two first are 19″ models, where the W denominates a widescreen format, while the two latter models measures 20″ and 22″ respectively, both widescreen monitors. With these monitors, BenQ claims to have tuned and perfected most of the aspects a gamer wants from a LCD monitor. Among others, a quicker response thanks to the AMA technology and several different presets with the Senseye+Game feature.
“Senseye+Game Technology provides consumers with the ultimate visual clarity, depth and richness. Image quality is automatically and dynamically improved to deliver exquisite clarity that’s bolder and brighter, immersing the consumer into the action.”
Thus, the flagship of the series is a 22″ monitor with a 1680×1050 resolution , 1000:1 contrast ratio and a Motion Picture response time of 8 ms (2 ms GtG). It comes with an HDMI input and 92% color reproduction. BenQ’s new X series is expected to arrive later this month.
