Canon is a leading manufacturer or printers and multi-function apparatuses. Now that the new models have arrived there is one that really stands out, the compact SELPHY CP790. It’s a portable printer that handles formats up to post card size and can be used separate from a computer or outlet thanks to the bundled battery. What really makes it stand out though is the design. Canon has lowered it into a puke-green bucket that houses cartridges, papers, power adapter and other accessories.
The bucket will make it easier to carry along and this is of course great news. The design and choice of colors on the other hand feels very questionable, but with 3″ LCD, Bluetooth and integrated memory card reader there is plenty of potential.
The price is around $180 and should appear in stores next week.
