The overclocking expert Shamino at VR-Zone has ventured on to yet another interesting project with extreme cooling and overclocking. During his attempts to overclock NVIDIA’s new flagship GeForce 7900 GTX the graphics memory caused him a lot of concern and poor cooling seemed to be one of the possible explanations. With all that in mind Shamino tried to find a solution and the result became a self-made compressor cooling dedicated for the video card card’s memory chips. A very ambitious project that unfortunately did not pay off as expected. But still a very interesting project that has has now been published as an article over at VR-Zone and once again we see what the really good and really extreme overclockers can do with a little time on their hands.
