Cooler Master are known for their high quality computer cases, such as their sweeping WaveMaster and the CM Stacker, which is quite enourmous in any way you put it. Now however, CoolerMaster has published their evolution of the original Stacker, the CM Stacker 830 on their website. The creation looks quite promising but its looks will probably be disputed. When taking a look at the features you should get impressed; all screwless slots, support for all kinds of formfactors (ATX and BTX included), and support for up to a whopping nine 5.25″ drives. It doesn’t end there. CoolerMaster also lives up to its name, with support for a massive nine 120mm fans, which should provide sufficient airflow.
Of course we wonder what things would be like if you stuffed it full of some ultra-high-revving Delta’s, but the case looks thick, and hopefully it wouldn’t fly away. CoolerMaster themselves seem pretty confident with quotes like;
“CM Stacker 830 will lead the market with its stylish streamlined aluminum design, extremely powerful functionality and its brilliant ATX/BTX dual-compatibility mechanism.”
Whilst drooling, we hope the case will be available shortly.
