Memory maker Corsair has a wide assortment of memory products and even if it is known for its extreme overclocking modules it has other products besides those. Corsair has now presented a new 4GB Dominator GT memory kit that clocks in at 2133 MHz with only 1.5V operating voltage.
Corsairs 4GB Dominator GT is still a product for overclockers and Corsair claims that many overckicjers are asking for fast modules with low voltage requirements, which the new Dominator GT kits delivers.
“We have seen an increasing number of requests from overclockers for memory that can achieve high clock speeds at lower voltages,” förklarade Thi La, vice vd för minnesprodukter på Corsair. “At 2133MHz, this 4GB memory is the world’s fastest commercially available memory at 1.5 volts.”
Corsair CMT4GX3M2B2133C9 Dominator GT consists of two 2GB modules at 2133 MHz capable of running at only 1.5V with 9-11-9-27 timings.
The modules ship with Corsair’s patented DHX+ heatspreader and ships with Corsair’s GT Airflow module that uses two small fans and activity LEDs to monitor the modules.
