Corsair has added USB 3.0 support to its lineup with a new Flash Voyager series. As the mid-range series Flash Voyager USB 3.0 is not the fastest on the market, but are still capable of 70 MB/s at read of data, which is double up compared to the best USB 2.0 memory sticks.
Corsair Flash Voyager USB 3.0 uses a dual-channel NAND controller, which can be compared to the quad-channel controller found in the GTR series, which is yet to be upgraded to USB 3.0. This means it is not yet using USB 3.0 to its full capacity, which is affected by the number of chips and thus dictates the capacity as well.
Corsair is unlike Kingston open with the exact performance with all three models at 8GB, 16GB and 32GB capacity.
