CrossOver 6.0 is a program for Linux and Mac which makes it possible for users to run Windows-based code such as games or applications without having to use dual-boot. DesktopLinux now reports that CrossOver 6.0 has been released as a beta by CodeWeavers and can be downloaded as 60 days trial from the website. The big news with this version, which will attract quite a lot of users, is support for both World of Warcraft and Steam-based games, but CodeWeavers has of course also fixed bugs and updated the overall support since the last version.
