Dell‘s and Intel‘s cooperating was long consider the last big castle of the latter, surprisingly the walls fell right about the same time Intel launched its new and a lot more efficient, in every way, architecture Core. But now Dell has been sued since sums of $250 million per quarter(!) has surfaced and this money is claimed to be illegal kick-backs from Intel to improve Dell’s results. They also accuse Dell of defrauding investors and inflating the stock value. Dell hasn’t responded to the suit and the stock holders wants to make it a class action suit by making more investors join the lawsuit. Exactly what happened and whether Dell and Intel has been doing dirty business remains to be revealed.
