Dell has now decided to launch a number of systems, both desktops and laptops, with Linux. The survey it posted earlier has given a very clear response and Dell has therefore decided to expand its assortment. Most users that answered the survey also said that the already existing community-driven support is more than enough and we’re pretty sure that this was an important matter at Dell. The thing that worried the most was the driver support and this is something Dell will look into. What distributions and computers that will be launched will be announced by Dell the coming weeks.
