Dropping DRAM prices will lead to increased revenues

0

Analysts at iSuppli have made a survey of 2007 and what the DRAM market will look like and if we are to trust these guys prices will be dropping more and more as DDR2 is nowadays the common standard. Unfortunately this will lead to a slower growth than during 2006, according to iSuppli. The reason for the dropping prices is that the market has to adjust to the surprisingly high prices of 2006 and therefore will have to compensate now. The manufacturers are at the same time expected to put focus on more exclusive models in an attempt to work against the price flow. All in all we seem to be heading for a very good year, at least from a consumer point of view.
