EVGA is one of NVIDIA’s closest partners and the company has decided to go all in on the new flagship product GeForce GTX 590. EVGA has launched no less than four overclocked GeForce GTX 590 Classified packages where the mightiest is a Quad SLI configuration with two water-cooled cards.

GeForce GTX 590 has a very efficient cooler, considering the competition but those who wants to put two of them in the same case might need to use a fairly open draft to keep them cool. That is if you do what EVGA has done and equip the cards with water blocks that efficiently transfers the heat out of the chassis.

EVGA launches four different packages in the GeForce GTX 590 Classified series. One Quad SLI packages with HydroCopper water blocks, and one package with a single HydroCopper card. On top of that there is a Quad SLI package with two reference cooled GTX 590 card and a single card offering.

Tweaked specifications all around

EVGA has also tweaked the clock frequencies on the cards. All four packages offer 630 MHz GPU, 1260 MHz shader and 3456 MHz minne (607/1214/3414MHz reference).

The prices of EVGA’s GeForce GTX 590 Classified starts at 729 USD for the single reference card up to 1729 USD for the water cooled Quad SLI package, but that includes goodies such as a t-shirt and mouse pad.
