MSI haven’t exactly become well-known for offering the most generous overclocking settings out there. For example, their latest P4 mainboards have been quite restrictive when it comes to settings, and have hardly made a lot of enthusiasts wild with joy. This era now seems to have been brought to an end by the launch of Canterwood. MSI’s flagship 875P Neo-FIS2R is loaded with features and offers BIOS-settings making Abit and other heavy names look like sissies.

Memory speed settings :- 266, 333, 400, 500, 532MHz (at official 133/200MHz bus speeds)

CPU core voltage :- 1.5500V to 1.5850V (in 0.0125V steps), 1.60V to 2.30V(in 0.05V steps)

Not bad at all, don’t you think? Moreover, MSI have implemented a couple of features supposed to raise the stability when overclocking, reducing power consumption when idling, and thereby also increasing the products lifespan.
