** I receive a ‘Device not created 2’ error message

This error message can occur if the PC is running any 3rd party software that forces a high refresh rate for the monitor. This will mostly apply to PC’s running WindowsXP where the refresh rate is forced higher than default 60MHz when running OpenGL games such as Enter the Matrix. To resolve the issue Disable all 3rd-party applications before running the game. These include “refresh rate fixers” and utility software provided by your video card manufacturer.

** The characters walks forward even when I’m not moving them

This game was designed to be played using the mouse and keyboard. If you have a joystick or control pad plugged in, the game may be receiving a signal from this device to move the character forward, even if the directional control is at rest. This is due to improper calibration of the controller in Windows.
