"You gotta earn that weapon"
No weapon pickups and the stakes are high. Everyone starts with the same weapon(s). Tokens are dropped by a player when they are hit and can be picked up by the attacker and used to purchase more powerful weapons and health.
Of course, the victim can guard the tokens until they disappear and fire back to get their own tokens. But who can gather the most tokens first? Who is the first to collect enough to buy the coveted Rocket Launcher or BFG? But be careful. If you die, you loose a percentage of the tokens you've collected and your weapon is dropped for others to pickup. In team games, tokens are pooled by team members for faster collection.
Greed works with all game types and has 3 distinct sub types (Ammo Pickup, Ammo Regeneration and Disposable Weapon). For team games, there is an optional class play option where one or more team members are Vultures who collect tokens for their team. Fully server configurable with easy to use HUD options for the client.
