My ati8500 wont work after 2 perfect days|Generella frågor|Forum|Nordichardware

Hello here´s my problem:
I got my ati8500 on friday and happy i went home to test this card. It worked nice nad played colin2 in 1600*1200.
On saturday i got my new lcd and connected this to my computer. Installed some drivers (3276,6014 and 618 and some part from the original ati cd.)
Hade some minor problems yesterday, but when i wanted to turn on the computer today my displays where gone. No bios start up, not possible to see anything except some flicering colors of green blue and yellow. Sometimes the quadrats are large and after its small again. After a while the whole thing restart by itself and the same ship happends again.
It´s not my system because my "old" radeon 64 vivo works perfect.
Have tried with only my old crt, only the lcd, checked the power, all cables and find nothing wrong. I have been carefull with static electrisity too.
What is wrong?
Difficult to explain what shows on the screens, but it lookes like some unfinished signals coming to the screen. (You understand?).

My system:
Abit kt7a-raid, 950mhz athlon, 512 sdram, winxp pro, Eizo L365 lcd, Likom 19", +++
