Optimus är som vi tidigare rapporterat om ett designkoncept för ett verkligen unikt tangentbord. Optimus alla knappar använder sig av OLED teknik för att bilda små displayer som gör det möjligt för användaren att själva ändra tecken på alla tangenter, eller varför inte använda sig av färgglada ikoner. Vi har tidigare mest sett bilder på det imponerande konceptet men nu har ett flertal intervjuer dykt upp med Optimus skapare, Artemy Lebedev, som ger oss mer information om hans skötebarn.

TC: Is it Waterproof/Spill Proof?
Art: We will sell coffee cup holder to be attached to the table leg separately. Because we don't plan to make this keyboard coke-proof in order to lower the production cost.
TC: I guess I didn't make myself clear... What I meant is more like, since there are all these little 'video' screens and lots more circuits, what sort of protective measures will you be using?
Art: Well... try to pour coffee into your monitor. Not all the things on Earth have to be THAT foolproof.
TC: What will the keys 'feel' like? are they the soft touch type, or 'springy' type etc?
Art: The keys will feel like on an Apple Extended keyboard II, I hope.
pcnews: The price will be under 150USD?
Artemy Lebedev: I doubt it.
