Först finns det juh som sagt wlan o snylta på, annars kan du juh gå ihop med nån som har någon form av bredbandsuppkoppling, o sen se till så att personen ifråga skaffar nått telefoni-förval där man kan ringa gratis tillvarandra (pg1/glocalnet).
vet inte vad telefonibolagen tycker om detta, men det funkar i praktiken 😉

-Residents of Niue can get a dial up Account with Email Address by stopping by the Alofi Office across from Kalaone Sea Track (next to the Chamber of Commerce). There is no charge for sign up, or services whatsoever.
-Visitors to Niue can use the Internet services by going to the Alofi Office Public Access Point (same location). There is no charge for using to Internet at the Public Access point either.
-Consultants, extended stay visitors, etc., may apply for a dial up account on a case by case basis, also for no charge.
-There are also free open Nodes using 802.11b Wireless Access Points
*Kalaone SSID: "IUSN" Channel 10 (Use DHCP)
*Alofi Commercial Center SSID: "IUSNCC" Channel 2 (Use DHCP)
*Kaimiti SSID: "hut" Channel 6 (Use DHCP)
*All Other Nodes are Closed Access at this time.
The Alofi office is open from 9AM to 3PM Monday through Friday, but of course the wireless services operate 24/7.
