Four faulty Xbox 360 sent to the same consumer

Many users have had to send their Xbox 360 video game consoles back to Microsoft after problems with crashes and similar, but few has had so much “bad luck” as 37-year old photographer Chris Szarek. Chris has namely received four (!) malfunctioning consoles! Microsoft has replaced the console each time, but the fact that the same consumer gets four faulty consoles is hardly the kind of PR Microsoft wants. It doesn’t get any better from the fact that Chris Szarek has spread the word all over the Internet and after several complaints sent in by e-mail and fax to the head responsible at Microsoft the Xbox head man Peter Moore called Chris Szarek and apologized. Whether this is a “one in a million” event or of it simply shows what Xbox 360 is really made of is a bit hard to tell though.
