Fujitsu Siemens has teamed up with four British soccer clubs and will deliver specially designed models of its laptops. That there are more computer enthusiasts than your’s truly that also have a great interest in soccer is evidently something both the clubs and Fujitsu Siemens have realized. Celtic, Aston Villa, Everton and Tottenham Hotspurs have namely teamed up with Fujitsu Siemens and designed laptops with the club’s seals and colors. Basically it is the same model being used, the platform is Centrino Duo and the processor a Intel Core Duo T2400 together with 1GB RAM, 120GB harddrive, DVD burner, 15.4″ display and an ATI Mobility Radeon X1400 graphics circuit.
The hardware is thus more than acceptable but to the big fans it’s the exterior that matters. Fujitsu Siemens claims that it will start up cooperations with several British soccer clubs but the ones availables so far can already be ordered at Fujitsu’s website at £999 ($1,890).
