GeForce 8800GTS 320MB is one of the hottest graphics cards to arrive, even hotter now that Windows Vista has been launched, that is if NVIDIA can fix its drivers. The G80 architecture is certainly very powerful and is still the only one available sporting DirectX 10. Unfortunately, far from everyone can afford a GeForce 8800GTS or 8800GTX, which costs from $400 up to $650. Well now it finally seems like NVIDIA will launch the new entry model of the 8800 series; GeForce 8800GTS 320MB, which simply has less graphics memory than big brother 8800GTS 640MB.

According to VR-Zone the card will be launched on February 12 and we’re really looking forward to the first reviews of this card, which according to rumors will work at the same frequencies as 8800GTS 640MB. That a launch is close is pretty evident though as a Swedish computer store Mycom has already listed the card costing 2902 SEK (roughly $300 with taxes and all).
